With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Beavers of Simsboro, Louisiana, born in Homer, Louisiana, who passed away on September 24, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his nephew Wes Colvin of Simsboro. He is survived by : his children, Eric (Kelly Beavers) of Shreveport and Brandy (Joell Walke) of Middletown, Ohio; his wife Elaine Beavers of Simsboro; his sister Donna Colvin of Ruston; his mother-in-law Sarah Baxter; his nephew Mac (Amanda Colvin) of Metairie; and his niece Emalee Colvin of Simsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to New Orleans Lympho-Maniacs Fund, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, or the American Diabetes Association.
