He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Melancon; his sons, Todd and Kyle Melancon; his stepdaughter Kathy LeDoux; his grandchildren, Remy, Peyton, Jackson, Manny and Cameron; his sister Jane Pfiefer (Larry); his sister-in-law Peggy Melancon; his brother Paul Melancon (Valerie); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Wallinger (Dennis), Thomas Tiarks (Cheryl) and Donna Tiarks-McGovern (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
