He was predeceased by: his former wives, Naomi Phelps and Valery Phelps; his daughter Nancy Kent; and his stepdaughter Kitty Galy. He is survived by: his son Don Phelps (Cindi); and his stepson Sammy Vitale of Eddie Vitale. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives.
