He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Abney; and his daughter Tracie Lynn Abney. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Abney (Kristin), Steven Abney (Kim) and David Abney (Tanya); his siblings, Gary Abney, Ikey Abney, Jerry Abney and Karen Mohr; and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Abney, Ryleigh Abney, Brayden Abney, Kayleigh Abney, Morgan Abney, Bailey Abney and Gunnar Abney.
