She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Charles Culotta; and her parents, John Gerard Howley Sr. and Elizabeth Bopp Howley. She is survived by: her children, Raymond J. Culotta, Christopher G. Culotta and Christine N. Culotta (Christopher); her grandchildren, Gerard J. Culotta and Josie N. Culotta; and her sister Elizabeth Howley Mumme. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
