She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Cambre and Rose Inguagiato Cambre; her children, Robert B. Bland III, Brian J. Bland and Bonnie Bland; her brother William H. Cambre, Jr.; and her friend Juanell Dowty.

She is survived by: her husband Werner "Len" Letterman; and her children, William R. Bland (Terrie), Elaine Chauvin (Paul), Anne Wheeler (Dwayne) and Kathleen Riley (John). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
