She is survived by: her significant other Oliver Morris Cook Jr.; her daughters, Charlotte Guidry (Derrin), Jessica Mason (Joe) and Janell Callender (Cody); her grandchildren, Christopher Cook (Christen), Kerry Ball (Jennifer), Naquisha Forstall (Harold), Amber Guidry, Kevin Guidry Jr., Blair Mason, Chase Mason, Clayton Ticker, Gabrielle Collins (Devin), McKenzie Ticker, McKayla Ticker and Trista Murray; her great grandchildren, Clayton Cook, Tyler Cook, Brittney Jacques, Laci Lee, Dillion Ball, Tyler Ball, Lanesha Forstall, Domonick Landry, Toby Ball, Jayden Perrilloux, Dantray Young Jr., Adrian Wickliffe, Brayden Stogner, Abrieanna Stogner, Jaden Woody, Jaelyn Lawrence Russell, Jayleigh Star Russell, Dante Cole Crandle and Shy; and her cousins, Bonnie, Cheryl and Gayle.
