She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Accardo; her parents, Anthony Cremaldi and Lena Gendusa Cremaldi; and her brother Cosimo Cremaldi. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeremy L. O'Banion (Jennifer), Aaron M. Accardo, Angela J. Pierce (Jason), Jim E. Stiltner (Jessica) and Katarina H. Moretto; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Adam O'Banion and Tully Accardo; and her godson Craig Accardo (JoAnn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As Bernice always put the wellbeing and happiness of her family and others before herself, she would graciously accept if someone chose not to attend during these resurgent pandemic times.
