He was predeceased by: his wife Beryl Lemoine Rachel; his parents, George Rachel, Sr. and Agnes Rachel; and his brother George Rachel, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Belinda Paris, Perry Rachel (Cheslie) and Karen Drake (Mark). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
