She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Collins and Edith Collins; her husband Calvin Bridges; her parents-in-law, Alcide and Katherine Bridges; her daughter Donna; her stepdaughter Michelle; her great grandchild Keenan; and her siblings, Harold, Jacquelyn and Janice Collins.
She is survived by: her children, James Lewis Jr., Dionne Sylvester (Kevin Sr.), Raquel Bridges (Kevin Jr.) and Lazette Blackburn; and her stepchildren, Quinetta, LaRhonda, LaTanya, LaKeisha and Darren. She is also survived by other relatives & friends.
She retired as a nurse from Charity Hospital and served as the Pastor of Haven of Open Arms Ministry.
