He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Bencaz, Sr. and Catherine S. Bencaz. He is survived by: his husband Cynthia R. Bencaz; his children, Catherine Lynn Fuchs, Joseph J. Rotunda and Martin S. Bencaz; his grandchildren, Jamie R. Martin, Cody Mayeaux and Heather F. Lee; his great grandchildren, Carter Mayeaux and Ryder Martin; and his siblings, Ronnie J. Bencaz, Susan B. Meadows, Sharon B. Fernandez and Randy D. Bencaz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
