He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles and LaDene Mowen, Sr.; his former wife Rita Peppo Mowen; his children, Cherie Mowen (Darrell), Chas Mowen III (Nicole) and Chanon McGhee (Ricky); his grandchildren, Erin Panks, Collin Panks, Alexis Mowen, Chas "IV" Mowen, Cole McGhee and Caitlyn McGhee; his wife Evelyn Mowen; his siblings, Winky Mowen (Diana), Judy Brooks (Mike) and Peggy Mowen (Angie); and his nephews, Ty Brooks and Cory Brooks.
