He was predeceased by: his daughter Margaret Marie Domingue; and his sister Lucy Domingue. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Voiron Domingue; his daughters, Paula Domingue of Jefferson, Monica Domingue and Sherri Klein (Bobby) of Slidell; his grandchildren, Rebekka Menant and David W. Lowe, II (Tiffany); his son David W. Lowe, Sr. (Karen); and his great grandchildren, McKayla Repath, Landon Allen, Eli Lowe, Mia Lowe and Logan Esler.
