He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Hazel Pease, Hewitt and Hazel Johnson; his uncle Raymond Pease, Jr.; and his great-grandaunt Irene Currie.
He is survived by: his mother Carey Pease Grush; his stepfather Louis Grush; his father Neal G. Johnson; his stepmother Aimee Johnson of Monroe; his stepsiblings, Matthew Grush (Sharon) of Houston, Stephen Grush (Sarah) of New Orleans and Heather Grush Abadie (Spencer) of Slidell; his aunts, Charlene Pease Bacques (Hal) of Slidell, Nancy Pease (Rick) of Baton Rouge and Laura Pease of Asheville, NC; his uncle James Pease (Marcia) of Birmingham, AL.; his nephew Elias Abadie; his niece Marion Grush; his cousins, David Pease (Michele) of St. Paul, MN and Jordan Waller (Michael) of Owens Crossing, AL.; and his pet Lucy.
