It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire Galatas (Slidell, Louisiana), who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Larry C. Galatas Sr.; and her siblings, Phillip Timothy and Elizabeth Guidry. She is survived by: her children, Carla Sue Morris (Mark), Arthur Galatas (Lisa), Larry Galatas Jr. (Donna), Scott Galatas (Patricia), Kim Johnsen (Chris) and Faye Stanley (Jeff); and her brother Carl Hickman Jr. (Rue). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
