He is survived by: his fiancé Laurie Gallik; his sons, Clyde (Murphis Welch, IV) of Starkville and Casey Anthony Welch of Starkville; his sisters, Brandie Welch of Slidell, LA, Candie Mauroner and Gloria Giordano of New Orleans, LA; and his cousins, Dennis Maltese, Ray Raybon, Sammy Raybon and Angel Spiers.
