He is survived by: his children, Gabriel Costley (Taylor) of Breaux Bridge and Laycie Carroll (Matthew) of Sunset; his grandchildren, Seth Costley and Kerstin Schamp; and his siblings, Larry Patin (Joan) of Breaux Bridge, Walter Costley (Cindy) of Arnaudville, Curtis Costley of Slidell, Sammy Costley (Pamela) of Texas, Marlene Patin Melancon (Keith) of Breaux Bridge and Bonny Dupuy (Sid) of Texas.
