She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Roy Cooke Sr; and her sibling Jimmie Martin of Kansas. She is survived by: her husband Francis Lloyd Rabalais; her children, Lloyd Francis Rabalais of Slidell, Donna Rabalais Qualls of Sendai and Japan; her grandchildren, Koré, Mitchell, Matthew, Liezl Qualls, Dylan Dewenter and Jace Rabalais; her parent Evie Manning; her siblings, Charles Roy Cooke Jr. of Kenner, Debbie Bailey of Kenner, Brenda Bryant of Kenner, Jeff Cooke of Kenner, Kimberly Rodriguez of Kenner, Shirley Carter of Algiers, Barbara Kirkland of Kenner, Ralph Cooke, Kenneth Cooke of Laplace and Donna Cooke of Kenner; and also Martin Cooke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
