He is survived by: his parents, Donald Fetch and Elynor Fetch; his siblings, Steve Fetch (Jana) and Kristin Brozovic (Mike); his wife Sandy; his daughter Tori; his siblings' children, Katie Fetch, Mary Fetch, Amanda Wolsefer, Nick Brozovic, Jonny Brozovic, Andy Fetch, Drew Wolsefer and Adam Wolsefer; his sibling Wes; and also Victoria Anne Corrine. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and a plethora of lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made in Dave's name to the American Heart Association, Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
