He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Rhodes Molitor and John Molitor. He is survived by: his wife Donna Molitor; his sons, David Molitor Jr. and Jonathan Molitor; his sister Ann Corson; his niece Mary Clark (Bruce); and his great-nephew Ryan Clark. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
