He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Francis Bowen and Mary Jean Turner Bowen. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Bowen, Carly Arthur and Charles Arthur III; and his grandparents, Merrill Juneau, Tillie Larroux (Leonard) and Jeannie Deyo (Butch). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Eric's name to the Warrior Dog Foundation or Northshore Humane Society are preferred.
