With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erma Virginia Trembley (Slidell, Louisiana), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Root and Gertrude Root; and her sister Mary Cook. She is survived by: her husband John Trembley; her children, Diane Trembley of Slidell and John M. Trembley (Pat) of Metairie, Louisiana; her grandsons, John F. Trembley (Erin) of Destrehan and James Trembley of New Orleans; her great grandchildren, Brooke Trembley and Kate Trembley; and her sister Ann Decell of Lexington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
