She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adolph Peterson and Mary Vanora "Marie" Faler Peterson of Slidell; and her sister Sharon Peterson Geer. She is survived by: her husband Edward James Poppler; her grandchildren, Jenna Lynn Arabie, Lillian Jade Readeau-Poppler and Reese Elizabeth Davis; and her sisters, Ida Marie McAllister (BIll) and Barbara Jill Scholl (Brion). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
