He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Malone; his parents, Lawrence Rose and Naomi Rose; his brothers, Freddie Rose and Jerry "Pete" Rose; and his pet Tigger.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry Rose; his children, Lynn Rose Winslow (Richard), Mike Rose, Cynthia Rose (Greg), Thomas Rose and Cheri Rose; and his sister Merle McCraney. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren.
