It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Neff Cox of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Micheal; and her siblings, Lawrence Neff (Marie) and Carol Herbert (Richard). She is survived by: her husband Huey P. Cox Sr.; her children, Deborah Ferguson (James), Donna Gilmore (late Edward Gilmore), Huey P. Cox Jr. (Shannon), Darlene Wise (Jim), Andy Cox (Tara), Dawn Droddy, Kevin Cox (Jessica), George Cox (Casey) and Chris Cox (Melanie); and her sister Maryellen Couvillion. She is also survived by grandchildren; and 28 precious great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation (adhering to social distancing guidelines) on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 7:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. at Audubon Funeral Home in Slidell.
