Pilet Sr. and Beverly Pilet (Thompson); his daughter Lisa Lynn Pilet (Peter); his wife Claudia Serpas Pilet; his children, Denise Piazza (Tommy) and David Pilet (Karleen); his stepchildren, Jill Jeffrey (Mel) and Jimmy Russell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lauryn, Landon, Laikyn, James, Julia, Tommy, Emma, Dean and Kate (Pontcha-John); his brothers, Jeff (Sheila), Gerald (Judy) and James; his friends, Dan Mabil and Renee Hudson; and his pets, Lucy, Daisy-Mae and Fuzzy. He was also cherished by five children, each having a son and a daughter from a former marriage.
