He is survived by: his wife Jaquelyn; his daughters, Krista (Ernest), Karin (Monte), Kellie (Keane), Karrie (Jewel) and Kathy; his grandchildren, Monte (Kristi), Zachary, Hannah, Tyler, Victoria, Joseph, Jewel (Kate), Cameron and Caroline; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kaylin, John and Judah.
