He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius F. Ouder and Charlotte Larson Ouder; his wife Sandra Burge Ouder; and his grandson Jonathan Ouder. He is survived by: his children, Keely Smith (Joey), Eli Ouder (Shawna), Katie Seals (Simon), Michel Ouder and Rachel Ouder; his grandchildren, Micah Eastridge (Becky), Ryan Eastridge (Jade), Kelsey Fortenberry, Aaron Eastridge, Alexis Fowler, Garrett Ouder, Ty Ouder, Amily Fowler, Adeline O'Meara, Landon O'Meara, Simon "Si" Seals, Jr. and Swayze Seals; his great grandchild Emma Eastridge; and his siblings, Linda Ouder (Jerry Hart), Elizabeth Courouleau (Al), Gerald "Gerry" Ouder and Michael Ouder.
