We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, at the age of 72, Julie Ann Himber Fowler (Slidell, Louisiana), born in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Francis Himber and Patricia Dunne Himber; her brother Thomas Francis Himber; and her nephew David Wayne Himber. She is survived by: her children, Regin Noel (Lance), Samantha Fournier (Chris) and Brittney Fowler; her brother Charles Himber; her sister-in-law Diane Clement Himber; and her granddaughters, Alexis Fowler and Armani Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations to her favorite charity organization, the Special Olympics of Louisiana.
