Dampier of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Oliver Dampier, Jr. and Ruth Standige Dampier; his sister-in-law Aline Artus Walton; and his father-in-law Emile Artus, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Artus Dampier; his children, Jaimie Dampier Zukauskas (Vaidas) and Dustin Oliver Dampier (Jessica); his brother Robert Gerard Dampier (Cheryl); his brother-in-law Emile Artus, III (Shelly); his mother-in-law Delores Gray Artus; and his granddaughter Vida Ann Zukauskas.
Donations to The National Shrine of St. Jude or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital preferred, in lieu of flowers.
