He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Wiggins and Emma Wiggins; his son Ted "Randy" Wiggins; and his granddaughter Brooke Elizabeth Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his son Jeffrey (Amy); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Courtney, Brandt and Cole Wiggins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Memorial Baptist Church or Louisiana Hospice.
