He is survived by: his wife Avé Breaux Hebert; his daughter Cindy Hebert (Joey); his daughter-in-law Michelle Hebert; his sisters, Sandra Fontenot, Peggy Dietrich "BooBoo" and Michelle Barcelona; and his grandchildren, Camryn Hebert, Gianna Tregre, Kyle Hebert and PawPaw of Isabella Berryhill.
