She was predeceased by: her spouse Andrew Kent Hale; her parents, Dewey Dickey and Leona Simmons Dickey; her siblings, Adrian Dickey, Walter Dickey, Abijah Sparks and Millie Cooper; and her sons-in-law, Danny Upchurch and David Scales.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Upchurch of Cape Girardeau, MO, Terri Amos (Steve) of Sumner, IA, Julie Scales of Slidell, Sherry Hale of Slidell and Angela Gagliano of Lafayette, LA.; her grandchildren, Rachel Upchurch, Matt Nickerson, Melissa Bergman (Scott), Samantha Scales (William Gaines), Kassie Upchurch, Jon Upchurch, Haley Gagliano and Jacob Gagliano; and her great grandchildren, Danielle, Uriah, Gideon, Lydia, Bryce, Curtis, Kayden, Sawyer and Greysen. She is also survived by wife and mother.
