He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Otto G. Thieme and Margaret Eggert Thieme; his wife Donna Phillips Thieme; and his brother Otto Charles Thieme. He is survived by: his grandson Mason Putman (Ashleigh); his stepgrandson Brennan Higgins (Jared); his sister Susan Franzone (David); his brother-in-law Jerry Phillips (Christy); his children, Jared Thieme (Tiffany), Tara Thieme, Aaron Thieme and Ashleigh Putman (Sonny); and his stepgrandson Trey.
In lieu of flowers it was Martin's wish that you would consider contributing to one of the following: Redeemer Lutheran Church of Mandeville, Compassus Hospice, or your favorite charity.
