She is survived by: her siblings, Caroline Cornwell and Ronald Folse; her daughters, Theresa Ann Lewis, Kathryn Lewis Waite (Dwight Carson Waite) and Mary Lewis Leonard (Jon Frederick Leonard); and her grandchildren, Scott Spiehler Jr, Nicole Sheree, Mara Leonard Minardi (Jason Minardi), Maria Ann Leonard and Jon Francis Leonard.
