He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jans Hursey, Richard Hursey and Suzanne Hursey Strahan; and his wives, Wanda Mitchell Hursey and Janice Holm Hursey.
He is survived by: his children, Miles Joseph Hursey, Carrie Licciardi (James Arnold Burgin, Jr) and Tiffany Burgin; and his grandchildren, Molly, Madalynn, Mason, Neveah and Leigha. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Luekemia/Lymphoma Society (lls.org) or to the American Lung Association.
