It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mileva Medin (Slidell, Louisiana), born in Midland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilja "Eli" and Stanka "Stella" Bozic; her stepparent Michael Kataran; her husband Vaso Medin; and her siblings, Dimitri Bozic, Mike Brozik, George Brozik and Mildred "Saya" Woatich.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Van Zandt (Tarasuk); her granddaughters, Cindy Van Zandt of Dallas and Debra Van Zandt of Tulsa; her son-in-law Robert; her sibling's children, Dianna Brozich of Betty Parmer, Stan Brozik, Ronald Brozik, Mark Brozik and Michael Woatich; her stepdaughter Lee Anne Burwell (Medin) of Seattle; her husband Louis Burwell; and her granddaughters, Nicolette Burwell and Bridgette Burwell. She is also survived by grand-nieces and nephews.
