She was predeceased by: her husband William Wesley Hart; her parents, Raymond Lezina and Margaret Schenck Lezina; her siblings, Alma Margaret Lezina Graf, Raymond Emile Lezina and Hypolite George Lezina; and her grandson Samuel Drew Titel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Hart Zimmer Bordelon (Terence) and Dianna Hart Titel (Dale); her grandchildren, Jason Zimmer, Vanessa Zimmer-Powell (Troy), Erica Zimmer Klampfl (Bernhard) and Lynn Titel Shepard (Roland); and her great grandchild Nikolas Klampfl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
