Ancona Jr.; his stepchildren, Amanda Schackai, Amy, Allison Horn (Jordan) and Andrea; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Gilbert, Baileigh Horn, Presley Gilbert, Lily, Mason Herzog, Brantley Kerr, Cali Horn and Madison Herzog; his mother Fay Ancona; his brother Michael "MJ" Ancona (Kelley); and his godchild Alexis Ancona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and an aunt.
