Dumstorf-Meredith (Lonnie), Ann P. Kopple (Rick), Mary A. Shephard (Junior), Judith L. Pierce (Mickey), Nancy M. Pernini (William), Christine M. Johnson (William) and Maria B. Hurt (Andrew); his stepsiblings, Rebecca Warren, Kevin Warren and Earl R. Warren; and his stepmother Sherry Dumstorf.
