He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Una Margaret Schlumbrecht and Paul Mahoney Lagasse Sr. Paul; his wife April Lagasse; his children, Terri Lagasse Neyrey, Paul Mahoney Lagasse III (Linda), Michele Lagasse (Jennifer) and Daniele Lagasse Palen (Chad); his grandchildren, Nicole "Niki" Butler (Brad), Tracey Coulter (Mike), Brendon "Tiger" Paul Lagasse, Catherine Lagasse and Ally Neyrey; his great grandchildren, Jesse Coulter, Carson Butler, Madison Butler and Colston Coulter; and his sister Beverly Lagasse Manzella (Johnny).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Paul's name to The American Cancer Society of New Orleans or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
