She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence McDougal and Bernice McDougal. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Maurice Augustus Taquino; her sons, Maurice Augustus Taquino II (Jill) and Lawrence McDougal Taquino (Brenda); her grandchildren, Maureen Yvonne Taquino, Alister Colby Taquino and Lawson Riley Taquino; and her brother Larry Monroe McDougal.
