We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2020, at the age of 98, Pearl Culligan Skinner of Slidell, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pearl Culligan Skinner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Culligan Jr.; her parents, Jules L. Lambert, Sr. and Myrtle Frey Scott; and her brother Jules L. Lambert, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patsy" Kinard Ray, Daniel J. Milazzo (Carolyn) and Joseph E. Culligan, III (Judi); and her grandchildren, Cory Ray, Marci Ray Brunies, Mitchell Milazzo, Timothy Milazzo, Jeremy Culligan and Jennifer Vedros. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Masses or donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
