He was predeceased by: his parents, Patterson Milligan, Sr. and Myrtle Fowler Milligan; and his sibling Pat Milligan (late Diane). He is survived by: his wife Penny Pastor Milligan; his sons, René Louis Milligan (Rebecca) and Sean Michael Milligan (Mary); his grandchildren, Sydney, Camille, Natalie, Evan, Aubrey and Addison; and his sisters, Linda Milligan Cancienne (Mike) and Pam Milligan Gauthier (late Russell).
