He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Cashman Levis and Elton Levis. He is survived by: his wife Debe Garrett Levis; his daughters, Cher Levis Hunt and Amber Levis Scardino; his sons-in-law, Chad Hunt and Jeremy Scardino; his grandchildren, Ivy Hunt, Violet Hunt, Madison Scardino, Robert Scardino and Rider Scardino; and his siblings, Elton Levis (Yogi), Gary Levis and Brenda Levis Salvadore.
