He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Donecio Torres Sr. and Ruth Pitts Torres; his wife Anita Hester Torres; his sibling Sidney D. Torres Jr.; and also Mertye Roberts Torres.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Kerr (Dave), Robert Lloyd Torres Jr. (Patty) and Susie Torres; his grandson Andrew Kerr; his sister-in-law Lena Torres; and his sisters, Helen Bergeron (R. J.), Ruth Crespo (Roman) and June Lind (H. J.). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation (adhering to social distancing guidelines) on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 10:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Slidell.
