He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Harris Taylor; and his siblings, Vernon, Earl, Herman, Alvin, Etta Mae Taylor, Charlie Gaspard, Vivian Russell (Willie) and Juanita Wesley.
He is survived by: his sons, Reginald (Daphine) and Ronald (Latrice); his grandchildren, Danielle and Nicholas; and his sisters, Inez Taylor Brisfjord and Brenda Taylor Fortenberry (Dewitt). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
