He is survived by: his wife Joan Wise Guastella; his brother Robert Guastella; his children, Karen Milanese (Frank), Rosario Guastella III (Jill), Michael Guastella (Tahiess) and Linda Cerise (Donald); his grandchildren, Courtney Perret (Matthew), Erica Hingle (Joseph), Ashley Milanese, Marisa White (Edward), Dominique Frisard, Ava Guastella, Rosario Guastella IV and Michael Guastella; and his great grandchildren, Eva Joan Perret and Joseph Hingle III.

Masses are preferred in lieu of flowers.
