He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Louis Provenzano, Sr. and Edna Monge Provenzano. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Nugent Provenzano; his children, Roy L. Provenzano, III (Carrie), Michael A. Provenzano, William "Billy" M. Provenzano (Melissa) and Danielle Provenzano Galbert (Zane); his grandchildren, Corrine, Addison, Averee, Michael Jr., Drew, Josh and Brooklyn; and his sisters, Bonita Carter (Gary) and Renee Butler (Kevin). He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends.
