She is survived by: her husband David D. Wagner; her children, John B. German, Michele H. German and Marcelle "Marcie" L. German; and her siblings, James "Jimmy" Cornelius, Betty Spies, Nancy Esposito and Bonnie M. Fose. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
